Welcome to ClearCareFlowAI (“ClearCareFlow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClearCareFlowAI platform, including our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

ClearCareFlowAI is a digital healthcare intake and care-navigation platform. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making and is not a medical device.

The Service is intended to:

  • Assess urgency for routing purposes only
  • Provide non-diagnostic guidance on next steps

ClearCareFlowAI does not replace healthcare professionals. Medical decisions must always be made by qualified healthcare providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service, unless the Service is used on behalf of a minor or dependent with appropriate consent.

Organizations using ClearCareFlowAI represent that they have the authority to do so and to permit their users to access the Service.

  • Rely on the Service for diagnosis or treatment

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform

ClearCareFlowAI’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid (if any) for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
